First time clients will be able to use the Guest Exchange to upload their documents securely. I will set up a permanent portal for you after we get started.

All of my clients have full access to my calendar and can select any available time. We will go over your return in detail, and finish the return.

Everything will be finalized digitally. You will receive a copy of your tax return in your secure portal. I'll send you a link to sign your return digitally and if all looks good, you will can pay your bill using debit or credit card.

If you are receiving a refund this tax season, you have the option of receiving your refund by check or direct deposit! This usually takes 2-4 weeks to receive from the IRS and State.

Now that you are comfortable in your tax studio, consider yourself part of the family! You can access your secure portal anytime to download any tax return you've done with us. All clients also get free access to our letter response team. If you receive a letter about your tax return, we will review it and suggest the best course of action.
